Fluid Applied Roof Coating Systems
When replacing the whole roof is not an option, we offer fluid applied roof coating systems that will waterproof an existing roof membrane and stop any existing leaks. These fluid applied systems are highly versatile and can be applied to virtually any roofing system. A couple of the products that we Install are Gaco and HydroStop.
EPDM
Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer is a synthetic rubber roofing membrane that has consistently been a top choice for commercial flat roofs. EPDM membranes are extremely resistant to weathering and they have a very good low-temperature flexibility. EPDM is susceptible to swelling when exposed to certain chemicals and animal / vegetable oils such as those exhausted from kitchens. These membranes are installed fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted and last 15-25 years.
TPO
Thermoplastic Polyolefin membranes are relatively new roof membranes in the commercial roofing market. They are typically white in color and the seams are heat welded. Not only are they heat reflective and energy efficient, they are also very resistant to ultraviolet, ozone, and chemical exposure. These membranes are installed fully adhered, mechanically attached, or ballasted and last 15-25 years.
Modified Bitumen
Modified Bitumen are pre-fabricated polymer-modified asphalt sheets available in single, double, or multi-ply layer options. They exhibit general toughness and resistance to abuse and are well suitable for high-traffic rooftops.
